What do you mean by that? It’s true!

That wasn’t my comment. I would agree with your witness statements, as I’ve heard the same thing.

I can't stand bald men with what little hair they have down to their shoulders.

Jesse is repulsive, IMO.

Jesse Ventura is pond scum. Other SEALs should do exactly what Kyle did to him.

I stopped listening to Ventura when he claimed he could no longer listen to the National Anthem without turning his back on the flag. For me, that damaged his reputation more than this lawsuit I had not heard of until now. He called a press conference to announce he was no longer patriotic and was going to apply for dual citizenship in Mexico. Talk about having a hissy fit. No thanks. He is worthless.

*****************
Ventura, who was flanked by the TV crew that shoots his conspiracy TV show, also said he’s lost his patriotism. He said he’ll never fly commercially again.

“I will not be treated like a criminal,” Ventura said. “In our airports today, we citizens are treated like criminals. We’re guilty until we’re proven innocent.”

Ventura also said he’s going to apply for dual citizenship of Mexico, where he owns a home.

*********************************

What a crybaby.

If this libel suit was based on what Kyle wrote....why isn’t Ventura suing the publisher?

That is what makes Ventura look even more like a penis

“Then you fight the accusing liars in court to clear your name and reputation. “

SEALs know life isn’t fair and that there is a greater good than preventing harm to self, like preventing harm to a fellow frog’s widow. Technically or legally right doesn’t always fit what is expected of a teammate. He is expected to drop the matter.

“Then you fight the accusing liars in court to clear your name and reputation. “

P.S. If I sued everyone that has ever lied about me I would need several more lifetimes for the time to prosecute the cases. We can’t be that thin skinned and make it in this world. BTW, Jesse was never a SEAL, he was UDT. That’s a lie. Maybe the real-deals ought to sue him for lying that he was one of them?

Clear his name? If he got punched in a bar that is the least of his worries. He's gone absolutely nuts, he's a 9/11 conspiracy moron, and seems to rarely shower these days. He's hurt more of any reputation he had left going forward with this lawsuit then he ever could have from getting punched in a bar, which I’d gladly do if I saw him and I'm a 5'6” 130 pound woman from a family of Marines.

Just FYI Jesse Ventura’s name appears nowhere in that book.

It is called the Streisand Effect<\a>. No one had heard the allegations until he filed the lawsuit and publicized them.

Kyle never put Jesse Ventura’s name in his book, but he does mention punching and knocking down a person presumed to be Ventura when, at a SEAL memorial, that person started putting down the country and said the SEALS deserved what they got. He's lucky he only got punched.

I wonder why Ventura assumed the book was talking about him? Hmm... Maybe because he knew it to be true? Kyle basically admitted it was Ventura on O”Reilly, but the law suit had already been started. There are witnesses.

And it doesn’t look like he washes it anymore, either.

Probably saving water for his next “9/11 was an inside job” conspiracy case, so he can go hide out in his Mexican trailer.

“But the special forces members — some still on active duty — are supporting a comrade’s claim that during a wake for a fallen team member six years ago, the former governor popped off one too many times, prompting one of them to deck him in a California bar.”

then we really have no argument do we? Stop pontificating............

Wow, you've convinced me that Jesse Ventura is an utter scumbag for continuing the lawsuit against Kyle's widow. That he is seeking monetary damages, under the mistaken impression that the pitiful section of the book which did not name him is a large portion of the reason why people purchased the book, rather than buying the memoirs of the sniper with the highest number of recorded kills. That they bought it so they could laugh at Ventura, that his image could be defamed as an anti-American prick who would go to someone's wake and spout off anti-war viewpoints in front of those who were mourning the loss of a Seal.

That supposedly that there are no witnesses to these events, even though it took all of ten seconds to find court documents detailing five witness statements supporting Kyle's account, and two who support Ventura's claim it didn't happen.

Honestly, up until this thread, I really had nothing to go on but Ventura's random spouting in the public sphere on various topics. But none of those top inserting a widow into his argument, and seeking to rob what profits might come from any residual deals or future royalties from a dead man's legacy, the American Sniper book, because his ego assumes that those profits are built upon the story of his actions in a bar in Coronado.

What part is Gov Turnbuckle disputing?
that he was running his giant piehole and badmouthing the dead or that he got knocked out for doing it?
