This has got to be THE most assinine thing I’ve heard so early in the presedential season.
Noone from even the house has been elected president, and as much as I like the judge and the constitution, all of these guys distract from someone who can actually win!

Absolutely not. Here's a good article he wrote explaining his views:
Guns and FreedomI think most of us would have problems with his views on gays in the military and gay marriage since he is more libertarian on those issues. I'd vote for him in any case but I think he'd make a better Attorney General or Supreme Court Justice.

I’m pretty sure a President Napolitano would wear a suit whenever he is in the Oval Office. And he would not put his shoe on the Resolute desk.
