Updating our earlier report on Senior Master Sergeant Phillip Monk, a Christian serving in the Air Force whose unit is now commanded by a lesbian: according to Monk’s complaint filed with his superiors, he was relieved of duty for refusing his commander’s order to say he supports gay marriage.
Now the Air Force has taken the first steps to criminally investigate Monk for talking to the media about his situation. Despite the fact that earlier this year the Obama-Hagel Pentagon said they would never court-martial a service member for their Christian faith, they have taken the first steps to possibly court-martial Monk.
On Aug. 27, an Air Force investigator met with Monk and his attorney, Mike Berry from Liberty Institute. Berry expected it to be a routine meeting to take a statement from his client, but during the meeting the investigator said that he would read Monk his Miranda rights.
Monk was advised that he is being investigated for committing a crime by the U.S. military for making a false official statement, that he has the right to remain silent, and that he has the right to an attorney. The Air Force then assigned military defense counsel to him and is deciding whether to formally charge him with a crime, at which point Monk would either have to admit guilt and accept further punishment or face a court martial.
Monk is being investigated and might be formally charged for violating Article 107 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which makes it a crime to make a false official statement. But Monk’s explaining his situation to the media is not an official statement.

Take-away: Don’t let your sons, daughters, nieces, nephews or grandchildren join this military. If they’re already serving, counsel them to leave at the end of their enlistment or contract. Seriously. I joined during the Carter administration, thinking that a president was a president. There was a MAJOR improvement after President Reagan had been in office for awhile.

He can only hope that the court martial panel is made up of old school military types. Hope he is acquitted and his commander is brought up on charges.
Not much chance of that. Obama will probably appoint a specila pannel. Rosie O’Donnel, Mizz Maddow, and Tammy Baldwin.

The people that do things like this have an agenda, obviously. If the “proles” are complaining, they know they’ve hit their target. They relish your complaints, they revel in your raised voices and screams, they cherish your outrage and laugh at your objections. They’ve spent many years and much effort to get where we are today and they’re not giving in without a real good reason.

This was said in order to flush out and remove anyone with even a hint of Christian belief or even someone who disagrees with homosexuality irregardless of religious beliefs.
King Zero has to decimate and gut the military so they will be incapable of helping true patriots if the SHTF and the arrogant one declares martial law on a made-up pretext (remember Hitler and the so-called Polish attack on a German radio station used as justification to invade Poland).
I'm sure Zero and his merry band of court jesters were hoping Trayvon Martin would be their Horst Wessel.

Needs and deserves a lot of support and perhaps a good fund raiser as he could lose his retirement. Not because he should’ve shut up but because he’s not like McCain and those corrupt selfish care nothing about the military creatures.
If he goes down it’ll send a shock of fear of the homosexual agenda through our wonderful military

It’s an outrage that deserves to be shouted about. Yet, Hannity thinks its okay to do shows with 16 year old sexually ambiguous libs talking crap.
Respectfully, I do not agree.
I think that the idea is for those who hate our military to make military life awkward and uncomfortable in order to get the good troops out, and replace with those of more flexible view of why we have a national defense.
This USAF vet has one "kid" still in uniform, and I would hope would consider the military as a career.
We need to encourage those with a traditional view of this Country's greatness to remain in, and weather the storm.

Surprisingly, even in today’s queer infested military, the multitude of folks are still level headed and can appreciate and understand the circumstances and will render a fair and impartial verdict ... if it comes to that.
I remember in reading “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich” some people had a description of Hitler as a “carpet eater”.
