Even in elections were Dems/Leftists lose, some effort needs to be expended to uncover the massive fraud that is perpetrated - every time. They are encouraged to keep stealing elections every time they get away with it unpunished.

Geron lost BIG..and the consensus before the election was that she’d probably hang on, while Morse was toasts, because her district is heavily Democrat. The results run contrary to the conventional wisdom...it means that many Democrats are opposed to gun control...this will resonate..

Well, I’d say it’s highly unlikely that the Dems chose to throw this fight.

You're right, MetaThought—but if they're so smart, why didn't they do a far more effective job of rigging the elections?

Oh, by the way, if they're so smart, how come they keep picking unwinnable fights with the millions of ordinary Americans who believe the Second Amendment means what it says? Let me put that another way, please:

Blind hatred never sees very far ahead.

I think that we should all get depressed about this VICTORY. I mean it is not like these people that voted these demonic creatures out of office will be voting in elections to replace the rest of the demons.

Morning Joe is silent on this. Although they were talking about it up until the outcome was not what they wanted. So far no mention of it today. Funny how it would have been reported with glowing admiration if it had turned out the other way. Not a peep yet.

That said, the real impact is outside Colorado.

Yep, should be the last we hear of it nationally until after 2014. We just need to continue sweeping out the deadwood then.

This is the first (and second) time a senator has been recalled in Colorado’s 137 year history. I would say that is extreme. extremely awesome that is.

I don’t know. Reading about this was pretty depressing. It doesn’t sound like anyone, including the governor is backing down.

Gun haters never quit. They don't really hate guns (you never see them calling for the police to be disarmed). What they hate is the thought of guns in the hands of private citizens. They worship government - the power of the state, and any challenge to that power is viewed as blasphemy. And you can't have a reasonable discourse with them because their beliefs are not based on reason.

Anti-gunners can't be bargained with because they first have nothing to offer, and second NEVER keep their word. They can't be reasoned with. They don't feel pity or remorse at destroying our rights. and they don't feel fear, beacuse there are almost never any consequences to them for their actions (note how one of them said he'll be back in office in 16 months) One thing is for sure, they absolutely will never quit until we are enslaved, we are killed by their beloved police or they are dead.

Something very weird going on there.

Nothing all that strange, just showing how sample polls and surveys don't really capture the underlying sentiment of the total population.

“Nothing all that strange, just showing how sample polls and surveys don’t really capture the underlying sentiment of the total population.”

Found out that the makeup of Morse’ district was misrepresented. It was jerrymandered in 2010 to be a “safe” Democrat district.

That is why the confusion.
