Why don't you just get a GPS and load up the red light camera locations? You can get a constantly updated POI file from
POI-Factory

So they will be rolling through without a stoppage permit meaning they will honor all traffic lights and stop signs making what would have been a 1 hour transit into several hours?
Or will they just blow through anyway?
