His did push his point pretty far, but assault on a police officer? I could only see the back of his shirt, but it said security, not police.
I would have stood up and said they should let him speak, likely I would have been taken to jail with him. I did speak up one night at a school board meeting when the board refused to let a lady speak because she was not on the agenda. They told her after they adjourned the meeting she could speak and then they started leaving as soon as they adjourned. I told them in a loud voice that they needed to hear what the lady had to say and they sat back down and listened.
Pulled my kids out of government schools immediately and never looked back.
I’d be sitting in jail or (most likely) dead right now... I am completely serious. I’ve gotten this treatment before... I will snap if I see it happening to someone else who is in the right.

You have to meet force with force, and that calls for electing a constitutional sheriff in your county. If you can’t do that, prepare to be stomped.
