I found this article from my Congressman's Facebook page.

The good thing about him is that he is an MD (Medical Doctor).

He should have more accurately said “If *I* like your plan, you can keep your plan”

Every last House Democrat should be voted out of office next year. Since one Congress cannot bind succeeding Congresses, this outrageous, un-American law can then be repealed. That is the only way out of this mess.

Okay, I have to say that I don’t feel ONE OUNCE of sympathy for any Obama voter who loses his/her healthcare right now. They are getting EXACTLY what they deserve and I really don’t GAF. We shouted from the rooftops what a lying piece of shite this socialist bastard (and that’s on his best day) was/is, and how this would all turn out. They unleashed this beast, so they can take their crappy, overpriced, “might as well be Mexico” healthcare and cry to someone who cares.

As Kaiser Health News reports, individual market insurers are sending out rafts of cancellation notices, telling subscribers they have to change to new plans starting in 2014.

Ping for later

good grief.

millions of people are losing their insurance they’ve had for years, many with serious illnesses that need constant care and being told to go apply for Obamacare, which they can’t sign up for !

This is even worse than I thought it would be, and I thought it would be pretty bad.

If the Republicans have any sense (I doubt it) they will run ads showing BHO saying “If you like your insurance you can keep it.” and others like it, alongside stories of normal people losing their insurance, or paying through the nose so others can get it ‘free’.

"If you like your current plan, you can keep* your current plan."

*subject to the following: your current plan no longer exists because its been shut down or the govt has decided your current plan is not what you really need-

I just got canceled about 2 weeks ago as of 1/1/14, because my insurance company is “unable to comply with certain new provisions in the new Health Care law.”

For the first time in 25 years I’m in danger of not being insured.

Heck of a job, Barry.

There is no need to caveat Obama’s claim the “If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.”

The man plain lied to us.

Now, what else has he lied or is lying about? And what about the press? How come they didn’t tell you he was lying?

Because they lied to you, too!

OBAMA=LIAR
ABC=LIAR
CBS=LIAR
CNN=LIAR
LATIMES=LIAR
MSNBC=LIAR
NEWSWEEK=LIAR
NYTIMES=LIAR
PBS=LIAR
TIME=LIAR
USNEWS=LIAR
WASHPOST=LIAR

And you who believed the lie, are getting SCREWED!

Enjoy, and YES, I TOLD YOU SO!

Zero and the 0bamunists have been hammering home the message for the last three years...they need 7 million people to sign up for coverage. What they did not tell you was that 7 million has to be NET NEWLY COVERED.
All these cancellations? That just extends the 7 million to 8, 10, 12 million or more.
Prices going up? Why is everyone surprised? Coverage packages prior to 0bamacare were underwritten based on (generally) what people wanted to cover, in the manner in which they wanted to cover (deductibles, copays, co-insurances, max out of pocket, etc.).
Now, we have a ‘floor’ of coverage (whether you want it or not), and a limited slate of plans (three levels of coverage). Couple directed coverages with the added risk associated with covering preexisting conditions, and you have the recipe for HUGE premium increases.
There is no Constitutional authority for FedGov to be in this industry UNDER ANY LEGITIMATE INTERPRETATION OF THE US CONSTITUTION. It’s time to get them out of it.

This whole thing is going to come crashing down under its own crushing debt. I would rather we get that over and done so my kids and grandkids have some hope of living a prosperous life.
