A term that I like! “Death by Misadventure”...happens often in the USA too. Good one.
However, it's too un-PC to be applied to stupid, ill- and mis-educated "victims" of their own actions, so it cannot really be used in the US any more.
That, and lawyers wouldn't be able to sue any deep pockets.
