Notice Eric the Corrupt didn’t take any initiative to track down those pre-paid Visa card donations to His Arrogance the Mexican Cartels pretty much funded a large part of his campaign.

No, Sorenson is a sleaze.
He was Michelle Bachmann’s campaign manager here in Iowa. At the last minute; he took money from Ron Paul and threw Bachmann under the bus.
Only a very ethically challenged person would do what he did.

One side is held to UNERRING and UNFORGIVING standards.
The other side is not regulated AT ALL and can do ANYTHING they want.
Gosh, this looks NOTHING like 1930’s Germany. No no no.

How many Freepers are old enough to remember the case of Congressman George Hansen of Idaho? He was prosecuted, imprisoned and nearly killed over an alleged technicality in a campaign charge.
All because he held hearings to tame the IRS. He was next in line to chair the committee which oversees the Fed.
After several years of unjust imprisonment and near financial ruin, the BS charges were finally dropped and he was 100% exonerated.
Very selective prosecution, much like the quote of Ayn Rand's villian in Atlas Shrugged.

Ok. I'm willing to buy that -- you are a long time freeper, and seem to have information that matches this investigation.
Still. My above statement still stands on its' own merits.

But...but...but...the Republicans were going to DEMAND that Holder be fired for Fast and Furious! Or was that the Black Panthers ... or the AP phone records ... or was that for not appointing a special prosecutor over the IRS persecution of conservatives?
Anyhow, they were going to get right on all those things, right?

I remember when the FBI had an impeccable reputation and was not abused by political animals like the illegitimate usurper they are currently following orders from.

From the article posted, there does not seem to be any evidence against Sorenson and that leads me to believe that this as well as other Obama-Holder prosecutions against Republicans is nothing more than a political prosecution.
The House should vote to defund such investigations.
To: Lazamataz
HereInTheHeartland is correct about Sorenson...and you are correct about the double standard.

I was very suspicious when he took the Paul money; figured something was dirty with it.
I think he is very guilty! But will have to wait and see all the evidence.

“The House should vote to defund such investigations.”
No, Sorenson is NOT someone to stick up for. He belongs in Chicago politics
