To be more accurate a abortion doctor kills a unborn with consent of the mother.
In the case of this pill a mother would do it herself, obviously.
This guy, the fathers illegal act was doing it without consent of the mother, If he had the mothers permission then it would have been legal, as with abortion. But he didn’t.
Add to that if he didn’t do what he did she probably would have hit him up for child support, and award for getting knocked up by a guy(Father), who has no custody, and then giving birth.
Those combination of laws make little sense, its like Alice and Wonderland.,
The father’s act would still have been illegal, forging scrip and altering pills to disguise them are illegal in their own right even if the mother was a willing accomplice.
Slipping someone a dangerous drug on the sly is illegal six ways from Sunday and he is lucky they allowed him to plead guilty to the lesser charges.
All of his acts were illegal independent of his motivation to commit infanticide.
Again you complain about the unfairness of biology. Get over it. Men who don’t want children or to support children should get it snipped, not commit vile criminal acts.
Dangerous?? Isn't it sold by Walmarts to any teen who walks in and picks it off the shelf, sitting next to laxatives?
That doesnt sound dangerous from a legal standpoint.
One could make a similar argument about wimmin, cept they get these special court created rights that men don't.
My complaint is about laws that make little sense when added together, reward wimmin for being a single mom.
No, the Cytotec he obtained fraudulently isn’t sold OTC in this country although it is a popular underground illegal method of abortion.
Without proper medical supervision there is a higher rate of incomplete action resulting in infection and septic shock that can result in death.
Secretly medicating someone is always a vile act and dangerous.
I do make that argument in regards to women. I see no reason why their desire to have irresponsible sex should triumph over the infants right to life.
But that has nothing to do with men and their responsibility to support their offspring. Or with women’s responsibility to support their offspring.
You can complain about the courts all you want, they are messed up, particularly family courts which seem to operate on judicial whim rather than actual statute. It should be changed.
I don’t see how wailing about how it’s unfair that men can’t secretly kill fetuses when women can openly kill them is gonna change that. It’s a stupid argument that makes one look vile. Neither the courts or legislatures would accept such a non germane argument.
Unless or until men can be pregnant instead of women the reality is just going to be unfair this way.
