Next time you see a GM truck during the day, notice that many have just one light lit someplace. That’s not a wiring problem, it’s a software defect. It’s so frequent that many owners simply live with it.

Uh, no, that’s called a poor quality BULB. GM is notorious for the grill lights failing in short order.
2002 Chevy, and 2007 GMC. I was always replacing one of the grill lamps. Now I drive a FORD for a company truck....
