No, but anyone who voted in the first round can vote again, and that includes people who voted in the Demonrat primary.
He is trying to steal the election. He must be stopped.

Hmmm,,that may have been the Dems incentive to vote the first time. Interesting.
I'm confused.
This article from the Clarion Ledger says that you CAN vote in the run-off even if you DIDN'T vote in the original election. However, if you did vote in the original election you MUST vote on the same party ballot as the first time.
I think this means that if you did vote orginally on a Democrat ballot, you cannot cross-over and vote in the Republican run-off. But if you are a Democrat who did not vote at all, then you can cross-over and vote for the Republican?

Any one who did not vote Dem in first round can vote this round ..no matter what party UR from. The only U can’t vote in this round is if U vote Dem 1st. time. Mississippi does have voter ID this time also.
Not true if U voted in den primary U can not vote in GOP primary. But if U did not vote at all U can vote this no matter the party. Its the law people Ms. does have voter ID also.

NO! NO! NO! DAMN IT! Viennacon, you know better than that. Don’t make this more stressful than it is. Anyone who voted in the Democrat Primary canNOT vote in the GOP Run-off Election. Every other voter, who was registered in time to vote in the Primary on June 3, can vote in the Run-off.
