COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM:
- Seal the border.
- Anyone captured at border immediately repatriated to Mexico (not country of origin - let them sort it out.)
- Includes minors, dreamers, etc - only "persons of interest" can be taken directly to GITMO.
- Federal crackdown on "Sanctuary Cities" - loss of all Federal dollars until full compliance with FedLaws.
- First attempted illegal crossing results in tattoo on foot.
- Second attempt to cross illegally results in tattoo on right forearm.
- Third attempt -- tattoo on forehead.
- All jailed illegal-immigrants tattooed and returned to country they arrived from (not home country).
- Secure Federal ID needed for all Federal Means Tested Benefit programs, including those administered by States.
- Valid Secure ID needed for Western Union, etc.
- 90 day Amnesty for Self-Deportation after which:
- Illegals in USA who come into contact with law enforcement are automatically subject to 364 days of hard labor followed by immediate ejection and forfeiture of all assetts.
- 10 year mandatory sentence for first offense for human smuggling.
- Life without possibility of parole for 2nd offence of human smuggling and/or smuggling minors.
- Suspension of foreign aid to countries contributing to the influx of illegals.
