Argument appears. To be whether he had a contract to tow and if signage was up where he towed. I have seen this happen where unethical towing companies do this, hold the cars for hundreds in towing fees. The fact that it was a ‘gay’ celebration is not the relevant thing. Could have just as easily been any other large activity.
