I think those police forces were infiltrated and they knew that 70% or more of their career or civil servant pay was going to come into play...

But I agree with you - just because one sheriff says that it is NOT going to happen - I’ve the govt as a whole back step on about everything it says...I don’t rust the govt, but I do rely and count on it’s citizens!
