I don't think Gruber's work is fraudulent.
I think Pelosi's, Capuano's, and the Kennedy healthcare staff's USE of his work was fraudulent - in fact, I think it constituted adhering to the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort.
But Gruber was paid to do a job, and he did it, and no member if Congress getting paid $174 000/year + benefits + millions in bribes should have had the slightest doubt about what they voted on.
Someone needs to investigate what all the Globull Warming shills are making from us. It will be $billions.
Hell, in one gruber moment Herr Obozo is giving away 3 billion of our tax $’s to an international climate Grubering fund.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama soon will announce that the United States will contribute $3 billion to a new international fund intended to help the world’s poorest countries address the effects of climate change, according to a senior administration official.
Obama is expected to make the announcement at a summit meeting of the Group of 20 industrial powers this weekend in Brisbane, Australia, on the heels of his landmark announcement this week that the United States and China will jointly commit to curbing greenhouse gas emissions over the next decade.
The two announcements, both unveiled at prominent global meetings with world leaders, highlight Obama’s intention to use the last two years of his administration to push forward on climate change policy, which he sees as a cornerstone of his legacy.
Obama aims to be the lead broker of an international climate change accord, to be signed in Paris next year, that would commit all the world’s major economies to significantly cutting their emissions of planet-warming carbon pollution from burning coal and oil.

Let’s say he received $6 million. If he billed hourly at a rate of $500 per hour, that’s 12,000 hours; if he billed at an hourly rate of $1000/hr, that’s 6,0000 hours of work.
Now, there are only about 2,000 billable working hours in a year (40 hours/week, 50 weeks).
So, either:
- Mr. Gruber did little else, and this was his main job for a number of years, or
- His hourly rate was astronomically higher,
- Or, (most likely) he engaged in a lot of double and triple billing, re-selling the same model with variations to multiple government entities and states.
I haven’t seen any other comments along these lines, so I thought I’d raise this.
