Some years ago Chris Rock did a concert tour called “Bring The Pain”.In one of the appearances during that tour he spent time discussing “black people vs niggaz” (it's easily found on youtube).In that 10 minute riff he said basically what this lawyer is saying except he used language that was *much* more “colorful”.

That is actually one of their defense arguments: “It’s our culture.”

I know from handling 42 USC 1983 cases that Hispanics charged with sexual assault of minors, who turn around and file civil rights claims against LAWE (law enforcement agencies), routinely say that, and they are dead serious.

From the referenced article:"I believe that those of us who are able to produce abundance have a moral duty to provide basic food, shelter, and medical care for those who cannot care for themselves." As a conservative, so do I, except that I "think" this, rather than "believe" it.

Again, from the article: "I believe we have this duty even to those who can care for themselves but don’t." As a conservative, I do not agree. If you are capable of working, and able to do so, then you get nothing but disdain from me, if you do not work, and if you live with the expectation that others should provide for you.

If you put this article next to the well-known "What It's Like to Teach Black Children" you can see some very definite parallels. And yet we all know blacks who are nothing like this (I don't say African-American because I also know a few actual Africans, and again: not like this.)

But I know he's telling the truth about inner-city blacks because I've worked with them too, and yes, this corresponds with what I've seen among the lower classes.

All I can figure is that the smart ones get out and those who are left behind are breeding (and in-breeding) until we have a group whose average IQ seems to be about 65.

But remember, he’s not just dealing with black criminals. He’s dealing with white and Hispanic criminals as well. He’s saying that white and Hispanic criminals don’t act like this. And as for Asian criminals... he’s never met any except 2. This is clearly cultural.
