To “defend his agenda” would be playing defense. Offense is to push his agenda. But truth never stopped Obama or his adoring media.

Actually, I’d like to see Congress override him on the Iran sanctions, since nobody has a real love for Iran anyways, it has a genuine chance of happening.

Plus, it would drive the Iranian mole, Valerie Jarrett, pretty much insane.

Obamasshole is clear when he says, projects, pursues his agenda no matter what the Constitution, the Congress, but most importantly the people say. He clearly has no intention of leading this country according to our laws, therefore why do we put up with him?

Two more years is a waste of time.

Come to think of it, maybe he means he will play “offensive.” That he always manages to do.

"therefore why do we put up with him?"

Because we don't have 67 votes in the Senate to throw him out.

Senate Democrats: “OK, then you’re the only guy on the team. We hope you enjoy the game.”

“The Brilliant minds at Free Republic that demanded we elect the people that just reapproved Bhoner also assured us that they were better than democrats so what could possibly go wrong?”

Since when has anyone at Free Republic “demanded” we elect specific candidates? I voted for the best conservatives available. If you voted for people because someone on FR demanded you vote for them, you need to study the candidates yourself and then vote and take the responsibility for voting for those you chose.

I don’t know why you wrote what you did since I am sure you are a fierce independent thinker and doer. :o)

I wrote it because tens if not hundreds of thousands of posts by MANY, MANY people posting to FR have demanded exactly that. Mitt, Bhoner, Mitch, Cochran and plenty more Republican leftists with records of leftism...because ‘the dem was worse.’.

They called anyone not doing so unpatriotic, a hater of America, An Obama supporter, a Reid supporter, a Pelosi supporter, an Axelrod supporter, a Soros supporter and all sorts of other things to deflect their guilt over having empowered evil.

Not sure how you missed it.

Even the New York Times has their number. They report in today’s issue that the House has to decide how far it is willing to go in pushing legislation that has no chance of becoming law.

They also remind us that the Citizenship and Immigration Service agency within Homeland Security would still be able to pay its employees, even if Homeland were defunded. Because it is not funded by Congress, but by fees.

Roadblocks at every turn. Redundant roadblocks. And they knew it all along.

The only move that would have changed anything would have been refusing to pass Cromnibus.

They are so afraid of being called bomb throwers. Demonization Rules!

No, not crap: rather, a measure of the power and pelf that would belong to progressives alone, if they didn’t participate in the looting. They thinly justify it by thinking, and saying, that their participation will melliorate the crime: “don’t kill the citizens.....just keep them in servitude.”
