Perhaps it makes me a “NAZI” to say it but the Nigerian Moslems may be dealt with successfully only with a program of extermination. When a group to its last man is bent on exterminating everyone else then that suggests- demands, really, the reciprocal approach by everyone else.
Not necessary. There are only about 9000 members of Boko Haram. And you don't even have to kill all of those 9000.
Boko Haram is accustomed to very little opposition. A serious campaign could stop them without having to kill them all. Muslims respond to force; it is all they understand.
The problem of identification is a very difficult one. Under pressure the bad guys melt away and hide inside the populace.
