Knock Off The Loser Talk. This Fight Hasn’t Even Begun
Townhall ^ | Mar 09, 2015 | Kurt Schlichter

Oh my goodness, the 2014 election victories didn’t end the war! You mean the progressives are still out there dreaming of a future full of hugs and goosestepping? You mean the GOP Establishment hasn’t just given up its power and knelt before us, begging to be forgiven for its craven crony corporatism? You mean the fight’s not over? ... Kurt Schlichter was personally recruited to write conservative commentary by Andrew Breitbart. He is a successful Los Angeles trial lawyer, a veteran with a masters in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, and a former stand-up comic.

Brilliant and totally accurate. You’ve got to create coalitions that win.

I ‘get the point’ that you won’t present or consider debatable positions.

So we’ll drop it.

“And the Rats have an infrastructure that is powerful, that is effective at defeating republicans.”

No, they don’t. My pro-2nd amendment, Constitutional sheriff has thrown a half-dozen elected rats and bureaucrats into state prison for theft and embezzlment. The key here is for conservatives to get off their butts and elect a constitutional sheriff.

Here’s what else conservatives can do:

The conservative doesn’t have to win. It’s called “strategy”, and until we use it we’ll never change the Party.

Exactly the point I tried to make about the Mississippis (Cochran) and Kentucky (McConnell) races. If the Tea Party folk had voted for the Democrat, those race baiting tactics they used in Mississippi (Which McConnell helped pay for) would have been seen to have backfired.

The Democrat Senators thus created would not be able to hold their seats in the next election, but the message to the establishment would have been sent and hear, loud and clear.

Don't F*** with us or we will end you. Now they sit there emboldened, and convinced they can get away with anything.

Yes, we should have used some strategy.

The truth can defeat a lie in an instant. Let’s get the truth out there.

You figure out a way to get the public to hear the truth while their eyes and ears are glued to the Liberal Democrat idiot box, and I'm all ears.

Our inability to get a message of truth out there is due to the fact that the enemy controls all the microphones and airwaves.

I don’t think the strategy will be appropriate in the Senate next year The balance is too close.
Cochran would have been a good one, but that election was exceptional. Heck, Mitch would have been a good one too- we’d have still had the majority.

In the House though if we cut out merely a half dozen selected highly-placed RINOs (and assuming the Dems will take back a dozen or so RINO seats because of the presidential election type turnout) it’d bring a WORLD of change to the caucus and the Party.

Funny, here’s a strategy the “support Republicans” and the “throw out the Republicans” groups could agree on yet neither will consider it LOL!

It is not even debatable it is a dead end. It is not ike there are not alternatives to the Republican Party already. There is the Constitution Party, The Libertarian Party and around 20 other national political parties and a handful of other regional parties all of which get less than 3% of the popular vote and exactly ZERO percent of the Electoral College vote.

The rational and possible is the increased presence of Conservatives in the Republican Party. It is the only viable alternative to the present situation.

That takes YOU to get involved at the county level. If you haven’t gotten involved with the Republican Party at the county level, how the Hell are you going to set up a completely alternative and successful reality in a third party? The local Republcans already have meetings and often they have danish as well.

Dude, it’s getting out there. Didn’t you see how Hilary’s book tour was totally crashed? Obama’s not getting away with it either.

We’re winning as the Dem model collapses. It’s Valley Forge? No, we’re crossing the Delaware.

I think their problems have more to do with them than anything we are doing to them. They are self imploding. We aren't causing it. They just keep doing stupid things that can't be covered up.

They do a lot more stupid things that *ARE* successfully covered up.

My father said that repeatedly the latter years of his life.

I think the country is broken, and I don't mean just the governance of it. It is the very people themselves who are sick and disoriented.

This is the truth, and why the country as we knew it is lost. It is the result of 3 generations of secular humanism / moral relativism / libertinism. These people have had all the good bred out of them. They are unrestrained and depraved, and having rejected God's law, they are consumed by "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law."

Mass revival and repentance is the only way out.

I don't think that is going to solve the problem. I think we can expect a culling.

Either the country is maintained through the ballot box ... or you have no country ... with part going to Russia, another part going to Mexico, another part to Cuba backed by Russia, part to Canada, and then Silicon Valley and other parts of California going to China! Good luck with that ... LOL ...

The Constitutional methodology of the Electoral College favors two parties. It’s built into the Constitutional system the Founding Fathers gave us.
