Will you follow orders to fire on Americans? That and "do you believe in the Constitution". "If martial law is ordered and presidential voting is suspended, will you still recognize and follow your President?"

The real question to ask is; What will you do if Americans return fire?"
Outnumbered and out gunned is no cozy spot. The military would have to gas a populace prior to any attack on their rights in order to incapacitate or negate any chances of resistance.
