A black woman found dead in a Texas jail days after she was arrested following a traffic stop will be buried on Saturday in a Chicago suburb as investigators gather more details about the circumstances of her incarceration and death.
The funeral for Sandra Bland, 28, will be held at DuPage African Methodist Episcopal Church in Lisle, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, followed by burial in a nearby cemetery.

Still doesnt explain writing her a warning if he even had a hint she was high or drunk or if he smelled pot when he stuck his head in the passenger window...before writting the warning....are you asserting that if she would have just shut up...he would have let her go with the warning he had already wrote?...knowing she was also high or drunk?

State police don't hang out on college campuses issuing "warnings". They have better things to do - or should have.

I think you will find that this is pretty much a standard procedure when a LEO observes an escalating situation.
If you have watched the video...it's pretty clear the LEO is the one who escalated the situation first....he went off when she questioned having to put her cigarette out in her own car

When he returned to her car with the warning, he asked her if she was ok, that was the point of no return. All she had to say was, “yes, I will be more careful and maybe throw in a thank you. Instead she became verbally aggressive, which was an indication that there was something else going on. Really, who goes into a tirade when they are given a traffic warning? The old “chip meet the shoulder” routine kicked in, she just couldn’t STFU.
I had not followed this story until my daughter started telling me about people on her Internet forums saying the mug shot photo was of a dead woman on the floor. So I had to look it up. I then watched the videos of the traffic stop, but I did it without volume. The mug shot is not of a dead woman is what I concluded. I then decided to wait until we could hear the rest of the story from the police perspective. It seems rather incriminating to the police thus far. But several stories of late have seemed that way.
I became curious why the woman was still in police custody after three days and why no one had bailed her out. Had she talked to anyone? Was there proof that she was alive for those three days? Then I found all the info on her previous arrests and DUIs. Ugh. So now I will wait to see what is found in an investigation.

He also didn't need to be asking her if she was OK. Unless she was ill, that was a personal question.

BTW if you want to hear my “disrespect of cop” story here it is...
A few years back I got pulled over by a female LEO in my classic ‘73 pontiac Lemans for a loud muffler...(yeah right)...I had just put a brand new stainless steel dual exhuast on the previous week and had the reciept in the glove box and she refused to even look at the reciept....
Needless to say I was pissed....
So I sat there fuming while she wrote me the ticket...politely signed it...and took the ticket...
I asked her “are we done here?”
She siad yes.
I asked again....”we are completely done here and I am free to go?”
She said “yes why?”
I looked her right in the eye and said “this country has gone downhill since we gave you the right to vote”
OMG you should have seen the look on her face as I pulled away....
Well I went to court with the ticket...
And since I fought the ticket the female LEO was present in court.
I showed the judge the reciept for the brand new new exhaust dated a week before the ticket...and he dismissed it and even apologised for my trouble while looking her in the eye with a “thanks for wasting my time” look over his glasses.
OMG the LEO so pissed you could see it in her face and body language....
Hope I never get pulled over by her again.....she will shoot my ass....and I’m not even black.....LOL.
