TX state law allows Texas DPS to issue anywhere where lawlessness is observed, I though the cop was incredibly friendly until the wench incited him with insults and disrespect. The gal was a loose cannon, sadly she proved this in her final action. Her family knew plenty about her history and that is why no one bailed her out of jail. It was just another episode to them.......which incidentally is why she killed herself.
