I'm not involved but it seems this judge has run the case by the book. He was a very experienced prosecutor before taking the bench.

That said, the defense has filed every motion imaginable and some not imaginable, so I'm sure there will be appeals.

I haven’t had the chance to watch other than headlines. I did hear him pick on the defense one time. Why didn’t they bring up their objections sooner. And that some of the objections were redundant.
