“The cancer was within the senior level of the intelligence command,” according to the news outlet, two senior CENCOM intelligence analysts, who work for the Defense Intelligence Agency, sent a written complaint to the DOD’s IG alleging that reports were being altered to portray the terror groups as weaker than they actually were. Some of these changed assessments were then used to brief President Obama. Over 50 analysts have come forward to support the claim.
The reports may have been changed to fit the Obama administration’s narrative that ISIS was being degraded through the U.S. led air campaign and other military operations. The president has resisted efforts to introduce large numbers of U.S. ground troops into the region.

It went up 30 minutes ago. The first question was “Obama , why are you destroying America? #ASKPOTUS”. It’s pretty much going like that.

Several weeks ago, various articles peddled the laughable claim that coalition airstrikes had killed 15,000 ISIS fighters. The unnamed sources of this wisdom were no doubt administration stooges doing exactly what the current complaint alleges. Too bad no independent media exists to call out the administration for spreading lies that defy common sense and real investigation.
Hats off to the 50 experts who had the courage to out this — they’ll pay with their careers, but can look in the mirror.

It’ll be a curious thing as they either fire or transfer out the fifty, and fifty new folks arrive. What exactly will the Colonel say to them as they inprocess? You can imagine the little pep talk and hint that we all need to work together, and then the fifty realize that they really don’t need to analyze....they just need to write the right narrative, look busy, track NFL scores, and text their girlfriends on something besides ‘Ashley Madison’. Things will be fine then.
Sad commentary on the unprincipled go along, get along US military leadership now in place.
