If he does indeed have Diplomatic Immunity, he would have to be declared Persona Non Grata by the US government and given an opportunity to leave the country.

If he refuses to leave, he is then fair game as his Diplomatic Immunity would be gone.

Time for a rolling dumpster to roll into the street at just the (right) moment.

“Diplomatic immunity can quite easily be revoked....”

Well, the country from which the offender has legitimate diplomatic immunity must waive that immunity for prosecution here to proceed. Unfortunately, that rarely happens, especially with senior-level officials and their families. What typically happens in the case of serious charges (like vehicular homicide or manslaughter) is that the offender is expelled. There was a famous case in the DC suburbs a number of years ago where a diplomat was involved in a series of auto accidents, culminating in a crash in which someone was killed. He was finally expelled from the US, not prosecuted here, because his home country would not waive immunity.

He’s a Qatari royal, according to the story. Still, all the State Department needs to do is revoke his diplomatic visa and he can either leave, or stay here with no immunity.

Just a teensy weenie problem with that. J F'ing Kerry won't do it becuse CHillery will slice off any balls the Heinz biddy has left him. The Qataris were BIG donors to the Bill-Chill-Webb's Kid retirement fund.

Just install those asphalt bumps, unexpectedly.

That would slow him down as his undercarriage was dragging on the ground.

Kick in the front of the car. On a car like that, damage like that comes to around $10K. If he wants to call a cop to explain there’s been contact between the front of his car and a pedestrian, this pedestrian falls down, grasps his rib cage and starts moaning.

< He is Qatari - he's probably not going anywhere. unless of course he is the spoiled asshat son of a "diplomat" from Qatar, and then he might get sent home.

i agree. This doesn't sound like its coming out of the mouth of a real diplomat but rather his son's. A spy wouldn't say something like that to draw attention to himself.

To have immunity, he has to have been appointed an actual diplomatic agent. Being an alleged member of the royal family doesn't do it.

Even if he is an appointed diplomat, he can and should be kicked out of the country.

““I could have you killed and get away with it.” “

Nope. No one has absolute diplomatic immunity. That is an urban legend.

I can’t imagine what it might be, though.

These arrogant brats were all over the place in NYC. Some were consular children, but many were children of UN delegates.
