Likely that shooter was bat**** crazy was obvious to everyone including the police and social services, but "nothing could be done" to actually help the precious and unique snowflake.

What is it with the psychiatric meds? I was talking to a friend, who is 70, yesterday, and he said every woman he knows is on these medications. He probably doesn’t chat that personally, in that way (to get that information) with men, particularly younger men. But I found that striking. This is a man who knows a lot of people; was a city councillor for years and is very popular.
Do we really know what we we are doing with all of these medications?
