The Supreme Court has ruled that he can't be sentenced to over thirty days. actually, they ruled that a "youth" cannot be sentenced to a long prison term. They have hope that they can be released some day. But that won't matter anyway. By the time his lawyer gets through pleading his case, the jury will rise from their seats and lynch the woman, the prosecutor, police, and judge. There won't be a dry eye in the courtroom.

I believe it is a combination of racial hatred and knowing at a young age that they have no future at all. Employers will get more productivity out of someone (for ANY job) from south of the border who doesn’t even speak English.

Too many simply have no role in a modern economy; “social promotion” throughout their education isn’t doing them any favors.

Regardless of current events, how can a 15 year old know he has no future at all? I think it is taught hatred, much the same as happens in the middle east. When kids are told over and over that whitey is out to get them or Jews are out to get them then they grow up with vengeance in their hearts. These days people are judged by their group rather than by their behavior. In the area of behavior, everything goes. We are not to judge. Should someone do something horrible, it is time to blame the victim or at least the victim’s group.
