I was struck by that as the FBI’s normal mode of operation is to sweep in and seize what they want. It’s almost as though they slow-rolled the whole thing giving the other side as much time as possible to make the evidence vanish.
I have to wonder if the law linked below comes into play and, if it does, why nobody has mentioned it.
