Just because he is a small-time politician consorting with drug suspects doesn’t mean he can’t be tasered for being a dumbass.
Now watch how he plays it along racial lines, that is until his friends go down for drug crimes. Then those who elected him should begin to ask some really probing questions of “why”.

I personally do not believe in tasers as I have personal knowledge of cops that used them out of pure meanness.
I just wonder how did cops handle such a situation before tasers? I have a feeling whatever methods they used were quite effective.
I’m certainly not sticking up for this jerk, he should have complied, but I do not think he deserved to be tasered.

TASERs are used when:
1/ There is an immediate threat to the cops or others
2/ The subject is actively resisting
3/ In fast-paced / rapidly evolving events
4/ Serious crimes
5/ The subject is attempting to escape
