One thing the press hasn't figured out.

It's not marked Classified is meaningless doublespeak. Nothing is ever marked Classified.

My experience in the Air Force taught me Classified is not a classification. Secret, Top Secret, Confidential, EFTO, and NFORN are classifications.

EFTO and NOFORN are not classifications. The first is a handling instruction, the second is an access restriction.

I would think EVERYTHING that gets sent to a secretary of state is confidential and should be for the Sec’s eyes only.
