This could be the worst whitewashing since Tom Sawyer suckered people into helping him with that fence . . . On today's Morning Joe, Joe Klein cleared Hillary of responsibility for American deaths in Benghazi, and blamed the CIA.
According to Klein, "this really was a CIA station there, not so much a consulate, and those guys should be able to protect themselves in most circumstances." Klein doesn't think Hillary should even be called to testify: "this is something that does not rise to the level of the Secretary of State." He suggested instead that David Petraeus be hauled before the committee.

Yes, and there were umpteen women who claimed your husband had relationships with them and some who said he assaulted them. Those were all dismissed until one of them kept a piece of evidence that prevented deniability. Umpteen women claimed Bill Cosby drugged them and sexually assaulted them, and those were also ignored until the weight of the evidence accumulated to the point it was no longer possible to dismiss it. Sometimes it takes persistence to bring the privileged to justice.
And it was the STATE DEPT that Stevens asked for more security. And it was the STATE DEPT that denied more security. And it was the STATE DEPT that had to have issued the stand down order. How could this NOT be the responsibility of the STATE DEPT and the SEC of STATE??
American politics is grossly short of guillotines.
And Joe Klein’s military credentials are what?

So is he saying our ambassador is CIA? How about the regulations about security for our ambassadors in hot beds of terrorists,Hillary said she sent her friend Stevens there,WHY?
To be slaughtered? Hey Klein,why don’t you do some real work and find out why Hillary was sending American Stinger missiles to al-Qaeda terrorists in BEnghazi which were used to shoot down American Helicopters. Maybe that’s why you don’t want her to testify,the American people to find out
Maybe Klein would like to tell us why the CIA had a compound and 50 people in Benghazi?
How does the State Department issue stand down orders to the CIA? And how attentive was Petreus, as head of CIA, when he was busy messing around with those Islamic beauties in Florida?
