The United Nations General Assembly has almost unanimously voted to condemn the US embargo on Cuba, in the first such resolution since US-Cuban diplomatic ties were restored earlier this year.
The motion won more support than it has done in the past, with 191 members of the 193-member body voting in favour.
Only the US and Israel opposed the resolution, which is non-binding.

If every other country on the planet trades with PR Cuba why do they need US trade? They should be doing great without us greedy capitalists.

If we had a real president he would piss on their little parade, but seeing as we have socialist apologist fudgepacker as resident I expect him to drop like the submissive little shit he is and piddle all over himself and the U.S.
Since Obama was the one who recognized Cuba back in July, I can’t imagine why he hasn’t ended the embargo. It’s just another indication that the wheelhouse of state is empty and has been for a long time.
Are the people better off under Castro? Cuba trades with the whole world and still is a basket case with only Castro and his fellow mass murderers doing well.
I suppose the middle schoolers will fret over their popularity status and cave to the fascists at the UN?
