I did not say it took the police 30 minutes to arrive. You have said that it was 30 minutes after shooting started before Dear entered the PP. I proposed activities that could have been occurring in that 30 minutes.

I don't know how soon it was. I don't have a good timeline. It would be interesting to see one.
