Everyone needs to take a deep breath for a moment. Cruz's criticism of Trump was really pretty mild; Trump's response was really pretty mild (for Trump). Nothing has been said that would prevent their teaming up later.
Rush's criticisms of Trump and Cruz were actually fairly innocuous as well.
Everybody get a grip!

The point Rush is making is that Trump doesn’t need to attack Cruz.
41% Trump
14% Cruz
45% everyone else
As everyone else drops out, and their support goes to either Trump or Cruz...even if it breaks 3-to-1 for Cruz-to-Trump, Trump still wins 52-48.
This race is Trump’s to lose.
