Since government is the god of liberals, Cruz, in their religion, is a blasphemer and idolator. He would reduce the worship of the state-god, the size of the state-god, the power of the state-god and substitute the worship of Jesus Christ, like at the founding. It turns out that Jesus saves repentant sinners, but not countries. The priests of big government tyranny will wail and gnash their teeth if their god is reduced to an institution of the real God.
The Ruling class should be unsettled by Trump and Cruz, two formidable all American candidates who will expose these insiders to the American people; stop the insider bleeding of our liberties and tax dollars....should we be lucky enough to elect either.
Trump gets things done, Cruz also smart and very popular...time for a V.P. who can also govern when needed....Rubio is beholden to the establishment/insiders. Rubio would not be able/allowed to change the establishments dream of a Socialized government....the establishment of course would remain in "comfort befitting them".

The “Cruz Surge” is the story repeated everywhere in the electronic and print media. They are trying to push Cruz so he will take out who they really fear: Trump. They figure they can take out Ted pretty easily later on. This is all RAT strategy. EVERY SINGLE OUTLET is saying the same damn thing. A President Cruz would be able to get exactly NOTHING done. They would filibuster, grandstand, lie, bash, and cause riots in the streets. A President Trump would bulldoze them into DEALS that they don’t want. 60% of what President wants would save the Republic. That’s what they REALLY fear. Don’t EVER take what the liberal media says at face value—especially when it is a coordinated, obvious RAT Party initiative.

There should not BE a ruling class. Trump, Cruz and all the others should be pressured to promise to fight for term limits, no exemptions for congress from laws they pass (Hello, Obamacare!) and anonymous political donations (you can't sell influence if you don't know who is buying).

What makes you so sure that President Cruz would not veto a budget / continuing resolution / or omnibus spending bill to rid it of some democrat pork and pocket money for losers.
