I doubt they’ll get the order, but if they do it allows them to have the protestors arrested.

yeah, but the public cops can specifically enforce a restraining order with arrests, and any private cops assisting would be more immune from lawsuits, AND civil action after arrests would be more effective.

Restraining orders set the stage in favor of the mall.

WWII veterans and NOK of veterans have experience violations the Constitution since 1948. The military continues to also violate their Oath of Office when considering recogniton (awards and decorations) towards combat service.
