Right to Rise USA, a super PAC supporting the presidential candidacy of Jeb Bush, has received a $10 million donation from insurance executive Hank Greenberg, sources familiar with the situation told The Wall Street Journal on Thursday.
-snip-
The former Florida governor polls just 3.3 nationwide, according to a RealClearPolitics average of polls.

2. Bush is now loaning money to his own campaign effective January 1 to keep the lights on through Super Tuesday.
I for one would like to know what insurance companies, if any, this Greenberg is associated with.
AIG
How to block a brokered convention:
1. Candidate win 58% of the delegates
2. Top 2 candidates get way more than 58% and cut a deal to form a ticket.
2. If candidate in second balks. Then candidate one offers the veep slot to candidate in third.
Bailed out billionaire funds Bush.
An advance on the next bailout.
I’ll have to look into what companies they own.
Hmmmm.....Could this be the end game? A Trump/Cruz ticket?
Wall Street still trying to shove Bush down our throats....we are not going to have it...The American People are running this election, and there will be NO BUSHES or CLINTONS!!!
it takes 1267 to win.
let’s say Trump has 1,000
Cruz has 500
Rubio has 400
Other have the rest.
Well then Mr. Trump offers Cruz the veep and if Senator Cruz says no, then Mr. Trump asks Senator Cruz for Senator Rubio’s phone number
“A Trump/Cruz ticket?”
I am betting the only reason Bush is still in the race,(Aside from a Rove and friends payday) is to get that veep slot with either Trump or Cruz at the top of the ticket.
1980 all over again.
No. Poppy Bush was the number two guy at the convention. Jeb! is at 3% in the polls...he'll have no say at the convention no matter how many billionaires pop up to throw money at him.
Trump and Cruz will be negotiating at the convention to form a ticket.
Let’s say “let’s see how we can work out all this supposition to concoct a reason for not voting for Trump.”
I’m just voting for Mr. Trump
I’m taking no chances.
I recollect he had to resign as head of AIG. AIG was bailed out by the FED ( Illegally)
I’ve promised my better half I’ll vote for him in the Primary here in Georgia, even though I like Cruz better. Sometimes you have to take one for the team that counts.
Must be nice, having money to burn.
Bailed out billionaires have more money than sense, apparently.
Yeb! is going nowhere. Waste of money.
“”Well then Mr. Trump offers Cruz the veep and if Senator Cruz says no, then Mr. Trump asks Senator Cruz for Senator Rubioâs phone number””
That’s fast thinking.....pretty cute.
Nope,
Not Jeb.
Not now,
Not never.
