I did not watch Obama’s speech. I clicked on the TV to see if it was over and just in time to see Haley apportion the blame for Obama’s policies to the Republicans. True, of course, his policies would not have been possible without Republican help and guidance and betrayal [of voters] but it seems strange that in an election year, she would grovel in that fashion.

She then started exalting her immigrant roots, and that is when I clicked off the TV. She does not have an American heritage to celebrate. That probably makes her a great candidate for president.
