We're in a weird place when the GOP's SOTU rebuttal is essentially a rebuttal of the GOP frontrunner. And lest you think that was all Haley, she acknowledged today that her speech, as is customary, was approved by party leaders before she delivered it. It was a group effort.
I, for one, welcome the impending Republican crack-up!
So Haley was really helping Trump because as a TOOL of the GOPe, this makes the grass roots even more supportive of Trump.
Allahpundit mentions a Rubio/Haley GOP ticket in his article. Talk about a career ender!

Oh sure, the usual tack we’ve taken - be humorless and politely roll over when told to - has worked wonders for the movement.

Overall I don’t think the GOP was ever really Conservative, briefly when Reagan was President, but in most of of it’s existence not really much.
It too was always a Big Government Party just in a different way from the Democrats. Of course once upon a time the Democrats actually used to be the party of the middle America, the little guy, boy that shipped sailed a long time ago.
I expected a rebuttal to B. Obama’s speech. But no, Nikki Haley had something else in mind. She once again attacked Trump, the GOP front-runner. She has played the race card and announced she welcomes Syrian immigrants or whatever they are to N.C. Above all, she has no love or respect for the USA.
She lost a lot when she caved on the Confederacy thing to.
Female politicians are destroying this country. We need to take away their right to vote. I’d gladly give up my right to vote because it will put this country back on the right track. And that goes for that nattering creep Snarly Carly.

This morning on Fox News and Friends, they had Donald Trump on. They asked him if Nikki Haley would be consider as his VP. His response “Well she is not starting off good” NO! LOL GO TRUMP GO!!
