More proof the Federal government is unconstrained by the Constitution.
People laugh but I still keep a couple of CB’s in my stash of “end of times” stuff.
No doubt. Food for thought. Thing is if the switch is thrown, there goes most telephone connections as well.
When they do so, you’ll see many people walking around like zombies looking for brain.
I intend to get my Ham radio operators license and go digital packet radio and find a network to join.
“shut down cellphone and internet service during emergencies.”
What kind of an emergency would there have to be to
warrant suspension of mass communication. The only
party that would benefit from that scenario would be
the government. And who does this government fear the
most? An educated and informed citizenry.
” (’NCS’) approved SOP 303, however it was never released to the public.”
This is to be used not for but against the people. They
fear us and they are readying for war.

I’ve been hearing about their ability to
“Did you really think the Supreme Court would take this up?”
Thomas would.
“codifies a shutdown and restoration process for use by commercial and private wireless networks during national crisis”
Now, I just have to wonder what that “national crisis” could possibly be and why would the entire communications link in our country be suspended? Could the “national crisis” be a tornado, dust storm, heavy rain in Chicago, a hurricane, or simply a stampede by queers to buy the last tubes of KY jelly?
No, for we all know what the “National Crisis” will be and I think if Trump is not elected we will find out very soon for our freedoms, liberties and all that over 200 years of history has supported in the way of our rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights will simply vanish as the “switch” is thrown to extinguish communications among the people and patriots.
This is a very disturbing scenario indeed!

1. Sounds like a plan to encourage fence sitters to acquire firearms. If you’ve been told all your life to call the police when you need help, and your then told you won’t be able to call for help, it might encourage you to get a gun.
2. Mixed feelings:
—My understanding is that sometimes explosives are set off remotely via cell phone. Shutting down service in a limited area might be useful in such a circumstance.
—Sometimes the rioters, demonstrators, troublemakers use cell phones for their communications. Shutting down the service in a limited area might be useful sometimes.
—Shutting down the internet and cell service will affect the “good guys” as well as the “bad guys”, no matter what your definition of either of those is. Government officials, whether acting as good guy or bad guy, will be affected too. They will lose functionality with a wide area long term shutdown.
3. SP303? Is that like Rule .303?
