What did I post that's "stupid and dishonest"?

Just from the referenced post: "Highly intelligent people don't rely on others."

They do it all the time. Cruz does it, Trump does it, I do it and I am pretty durn sure you do it. We ALL do it. All the time.

Another: "Isn't this equivalent to voting on the bill before reading it?"

No, it's not. Cruz knew well what was in each bill and how he intended voting. His staff told him the next vote up was on cloture on another matter - NOT the crop insurance bill. They were mistaken. No biggie. Cruz learned of the mistake from Senator Roberts and fixed it in three minutes flat. How is this anything at all like voting on a bill that one hasn't even read? Hint: It's not.

Now, maybe these statements of yours were just little political fibs, and maybe I over-reacted, but I tell you I have been worn thin by the continual lies, distortions and vitriol from the Trump followers on Free Republic. I have never seen such a relentlessly intolerant and partisan group. They are so enamored of Trump that they apparently feel they have to lie for him even about the littlest things.

I don't mean to be rude, but I'd appreciate it if the Trump people could develop their advocacy in a way that didn't rely so much on dishonesty. he (Cruz) told Chris Wallace that underlings misled him Really? Highly intelligent people don't rely on others. They form their own opinions. Isn't this equivalent to voting on the bill before reading it? And who are these underlings (itself an insulting description)? Constitutional Conservatives were really letting Cruz have it about his position while he was hawking giving Obama more power with trade agreements.

When I say “highly intelligent people don’t rely on others to make their decisions”, I didn’t mean they don’t consult with others, the most qualified, to get their input. But at the end, they make the decision and take ownership of it. They don’t go back and blame others when it doesn’t work out.
