Pastina soup. Pastina, cooked al dente. Sauteed celery and carrots and chopped garlic. Chicken. Oregano, basil, black pepper, red pepper flakes. All thrown in while pastina is cooking. Pastina cooked in chicken and beef broth.
I cook the chicken beforehand and toss it in at the end.
