There have also been concerns following the discovery that a prosecutor in the Harris County district attorney's Division of Criminal Family Law also serves as a director on the board of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.
According to reports, Lauren Reeder told District Attorney Devon Anderson earlier this year about her work with the abortion giant in order to be "transparent." However, she also said that she didn't see a conflict of interest in the situation.
"I don't think there's any conflict in my dual roles in two separate organizations," Reeder told reporters.

There are about 300 prosecutors in the Harris County D.A.’s office. I have read elsewhere that this assistant was recused from working on this case. If that turns out to be true, there won’t be an issue.

This would go deeper than individual recusal, I fear. It would go to a question why are they associating with these folks in the first place.

Wow, the government is corrupt. Who could possibly have guessed this one in a million years?
Yes, it is strange that someone who is, by law, committing a crime by selling baby parts .. is being allowed to openly serve in a DA’s office.
THAT STINKS OF DEMOCRAT POLITICS TO ME .. and whoever the DA is, he needs to have a lesson in how to conduct his office so that there is no conflict of interest in any of his cases. Otherwise, his own integrity, as well as that of his office, is sorely lacking, and is supplanted by his desire to support the DEMOCRATS Planned Parenthood mess.
The Judge should just simply throw the case out .. with a warning to the DA that it better not happen again.
But, of course, if the Judge is also a DEMOCRAT, then we can all see what the problem is.
Needless to say, an appeal should rectify this miscarriage of justice .. NOW ..!!
She should be fired from both for the obvious overlap.
