Yes, there has been for a long time bills presented at every session of Congress to end birthright citizenship. None of them would be retroactive.

Did you not actually read what I wrote ... these attempts were NOT to end birthright citizenship, but instead would have embedded it into our laws, that ALL anchor babies would be considered natural born citizens, and ALL babies born abroad to 1 US citizen parent would be considered ‘natural born’ citizens.

This means that Congress DOES know the truth, it is just that they do not like the truth. Neither does Mark Levin, that is in respect to candidates he (under his breath) endorses.

Where is the law passed by Congress that gave citizenship to illegals and foreign nationals.....maybe I missed it.
