It sounds to me like Donald Trump has been completely isolated to any of this most of his adult life and is not only a newcomer to the political arena, but is also a newcomer to the issues as well. I don't think he has a clue what to do about healthcare. He just tosses out a few common nouns, and then follows it with "it will be better" or "it will be great" or "it will be really good".

His Planned Parenthood comment was another example. He comes out and makes a statement that is familiar to anyone hanging out in Democrat circles - that Planned Parenthood does a lot of good. There is no way that any aware conservative could ever characterize PP as 'doing good'. But Trump simply didn't know.

Well, just about anyone would be better than Obama if he loves America and freedom. In fact, just about anyone chosen at random from any phone book anywhere in the USA would be great compared to Obama! As long as he loves America and loves freedom. That’s the first requirement.

Obama/Hillary/Sanders all love some other place and some other form of government.
