The problems of the black race may be biological; i.e. generally low intelligence and poor impulse control. There may be chemicals for those issues.
As a Christian I find that unfathomable (I don’t believe God created them differently in terms of IQ), and as someone who has met sharp blacks from Africa I don’t see it. My town growing up had plenty of whites with the same pathologies, and today more than ever I see young whites with the same issues.

It is the average. Of course there is variation with some high IQ blacks. Americans are afraid of a biological basis of intelligence as it directly threatens their basic false belief that we are all equal. We are equal before the law(a now dubious assumption with “equal opportunity” and diversity.)
I don’t believe we are all created equal (the Bible doesn’t say we are); I just don’t believe the inequality stems from genetics/race. As for affirmative action, it states we are NOT equal in the eyes of the law, and is a de facto acceptance of racial and gender inferiority by the government.
So you somehow think the white people may have started it all by making a comment?
I do not know one person who would say something to a group of blacks to irritate them. No one in their right mind would do that these days.
Logical and predictable result of decades of relentless anything you do is racist teachings. It was never about decreasing racism and all about making everyone else cower.

Liberal voters need to be careful of blaming everything on genetics - because we’re already seeing 95% abortion rates for Down Syndrome and rising rates for other conditions. Blame everything on biology, and mandatory eugenics easily comes roaring back.
Blaming everything on upbringing and culture negates the fact that black illegitimacy rates were lower and graduation rates higher in the 1940s with real institutional discrimination than they are today. Thomas Sowell has brought this up repeatedly, as well as the chaos in the black community today you didn’t see in the 1950s - because they had fathers to whip the kids back into line. No one had gang shootings around schools as a regular occurrence during Jim Crow - so you can’t blame the violence in the black community on the culture they inherited post-slavery.
But if you blame it all on culture, the only solution is shutting down “black culture”, which is obviously a total failure - so no ghettos, and either mass re-education or adopting kids out.
Or the black subculture can admit the destruction of the nuclear family chasing after welfare dollars and wallowing in blame whitie are entirely their own fault and clean up their own mess.
The solution can start with whipping the black kids who attack their peers for “acting white” by getting good grades, attack whites for being white and assault their teachers.
I’m sick of radical, hate filled “victim” liars. Make falsely reporting hate crimes a minimum sentence of life.

As harsh as it was Jim Crow worked because there was no doubt where everybody stood. There was little or no doubt as to the consequences for violent behavior. I saw the methods of control in action. There was no doubt as to who was in control. Today, whites have abdicated governance and all the Third World types are jockeying for power. There is no effective governance hence control and the so called leaders give mouthing to platitudes then avidly seek money, perks and reelection. The Eugenics movement attracted few adherents in the United States.
If Trump is the fascist liberals claim, it is because of the chaos that liberals created where there is no sense of safety for the majority and desperation for a problem solver because liberals won’t compromise on their radical views.
That he would have available the “pen and phone” and 4th brand of government, the massive unelected bureaucracy, Democrats cheerleaded under Obama is secondary.
In albany, ny? sure. And it depends on who’s doing the saying, factoring in things like crowd of white majority and psychological factors of crowd behaviour.
