Former AG Rejects VandeHei Suggestion Hillary Wouldn't Be Charged in Email Probe
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Members of the Morning Joe panel tried their best to block and tackle for Hillary given the revelation that the person who set up her server has been granted immunity. Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey said the most troubling issue is the way things got from the SIPRnet--a Pentagon system used for exchanging Secret information--to Hillary's server.

Mukasey explained that someone must have taken something off SIPRnet and either transcribed it or summarized it and then put it on her server. Politico's Jim VandeHei suggested hopefully that if charges are brought it would be against the "staffers" who did that, rather than Hillary. Mukasey batted that away: "if she ordered that that be done . . . if she knew that that was the way it was being done, that it is being done on her order, that's a problem."

I note the stupid party has Romney onstage today instead of allowing Hillary’s email woes to be the daily narrative. Idiots.

It’s actually worse than that Mr. Mukasy. SIPRnet is limited to SECRET and below Traffic. The TOP SECRET information had to come from another network much more secure like JWICS, and there is NO DOUBT there were deliberate actions taken to circumvent its protections.

I wouldn’t have put it past them to take cell phone pictures of classified emails from classified networks and send those to HRC, and use social media to transfer the picts.

There is absolutely no chance she will be indicted no matter what she did

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS

<><> It should be emphasized that after he left Clinton/s employ as her personal IT to setup the private server.....Brian Pagliano surfaced as a State Dept employee...as a govt contractor.

<><> The FBI should determine if Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Sid Blumenthal and other Clinton cronies are STILL listed as State Dept employees---perhaps as contractors---and are still receiving classified State Dept mail and are cashing US govt paychecks.

========================================

<><> There is evidence none of the Clinton coterie signed the official State Dept exit form.........b/c that would have cutoff access to State Dept info......info the Clintons and their cronies rely on to cash-in.

======================================

Taxpayers demand to know who else among the Clinton cronies are cashing US govt paychecks It's an old bureaucratic trick for a politician to hand-pick people and put them on the public payroll long after you think they're gone......perhaps as State Dept "contractors."

<><> Hillary?

<><> Bill Clinton?

<><> Sid Blumenthal?

<><> Huma Abedin,

<><> Huma's husband?

<><> Cheryl Mills?

<><> Cheryl mills' live-in David Domenici?

<><> Chelsea Clinton?

<><> Chelsea's husband?

========================================

CONTACT CONGRESS HERE: http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

Demand Congress send you all available information on individuals connected to Hillary still cashing US govt paychecks. In light of the $6 billion missing from the contractor fund when Hillary exited, taxpayers demand to know who is listed as a State Dept contractor.

Hillary wouldn’t be indicted even if she was filmed strangling babies and it played on national television. Clinton’s are above the law and always have been. I still maintain that the real scandal isn’t the emails, but the blatant influence peddling where contributions by foreign governments to the phony Clinton Foundation were followed by State Department approvals. However, Hillary like Al Capone may be tripped up and go to jail for some small thing like income tax evasion. We can hope that under a GOP administration with a DOJ that isn’t wholly corrupt and politicized Hillary will still be indicted.

There is no legal way to export and import classified data from one platform to another. The dude that was granted immunity yesterday may have been paid to do exactly that and assorted other felonies. He certainly pleaded the 5th for a reason.

The former AG is wrong. The most troubling issue is that the Sec State thinks so little of the security of this nation that she would jeopardize it for her own convenience. If we look at all the times countries have outdone the Obama Administration at every turn, it make you wonder how much of that was due specifically to Clinton's email traffic being compromised.

The most damning part of the investigation is that Top Secret material was somehow reproduced and taken from the physical confines of its storage facility and then sent via insecure means. That would include defeating several more layers of procedural safeguards in the mishandling of data. The SIPRnet data might be easier to track because access and activity on those systems is automatically logged. One would be able to correlate the use of SIPR to an email on the same material being sent to Clinton. Clinton still has an obligation to be able to identify what is classified material, so her defense of the material not being marked can immediately be thrown out.

If she gets away with this, it will have huge repercussions within the country.

anybody who thinks that hillary will ever be brought to justice deserves the inevitable let down. no way anybody will ever arrest, charge, try, or convict her of anything

****************************************************

All along, I’ve been thinking that “transcribing” and “summarizing” would take a lot of time & I don’t think Huma, Cheryl, Jake, etc. were sitting there typing out info from the classified system. Your scenario makes more sense because it would have been much, much quicker .... unless Pagliano somehow enabled a USB port for them on a classified system computer, if that’s even possible (?). Cheryl lost her Blackberry & instead of reporting it to State (so the Intelligence folks could determine what implications this would have), she went to Pagliano. He’s going to sing like a canary now that he has immunity, otherwise he wouldn’t be seeing the light of day again the rest of his life except through the bars of a jail cell.

My guess is that Madam Benghazi is already planning to throw her "closest confidants", including her lesbo lover Huma and Cheryl Mills, to the wolves and claim ignorance in an attempt to save her skin. Above all, the queen must not suffer.

I believe rule of law will be restored in this country, even if it is the hard way if we do not make it to the election. That might even be better due to the amount of cleaning that has to be done.

I hope the soap and ballot box get us there, but if the wrong person gets selected in November, the hard box will have to come out and the tree of liberty will have to be watered.

I don’t think Huma Abedin is going to go down quietly.

She has more work for the Muslim Brotherhood to do, and Madame Clinton has already served her purpose.
