Attacks On Trump Didn't Slow Him Down In The Primaries. America's Another Story [64% NEGATIVE]

Attacks On Trump Didn't Slow Him Down In The Primaries. America's Another Story

By David Lauter Last night, after his triumphs in more GOP primaries, Donald Trump reveled in the ineffectiveness of the attacks against him.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had so many horrible, horrible things said about me in one week … but that’s OK,” Trump said in his news conference from his Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla. “I want to thank the special interests and the lobbyists, because they obviously did something to drive these numbers.”

There's no question that he's right about the primaries -- nothing anyone has thrown at Trump has shaken the support of his ardent backers, who make up about four-in-10 Republican voters.

But get outside the GOP primaries and the picture looks very different. Trump's image with the wider public is extremely negative and getting worse.

I want to thank the special interests and the lobbyists, because they obviously did something to drive these numbers.

The latest data comes from an NBC/Wall Street Journal poll released today. It finds that just 25% of all voters have a positive opinion of Trump, while 64% see him negatively. His image was bad a month ago; it's worse now.

Not a Trump fan but this title is outrageous. So the Republican voters are not Americans?

You see we Cruz supporters expect that kind of response from the Trumpkins, after all that’s why Trump says he “loves the least educated.”

The Trumpkins are on board on the Trumpian Titanic that’s sailing toward the national iceberg. Trouble is, we all sink because of these so-called “least educated,” folks.

"I Don't Believe the Liberal Media"

It's the Liberal Media that gives Trump 5x the coverage of any other candidate ------because he's one of them.

Trump contributed to Harry Reid's most recent election. Sick sick sick.

Oh yeah, he had to sell out his country, because he needed another building permit in Vegas, and that's priority 1.

"I think it’s a great time to start a mortgage company, the real estate market is going to be very strong for a long time to come." ---Donald J Trump, April 2006. Trump Mortgage went belly up 2 years later.

Every time one of these people and organizations, that are vehemently opposed to Donald Trump, open their mouths in derision and run their millions upon millions of dollars in never-ending, lying, negative ads; All they do is serve to remind us who the REAL enemies are, while solidifying and enlarging DT's ever-expanding base of support of AMERICAN CITIZENS who LOVE America and detest what each and everyone of these people and organizations have purposely done to destroy America from within and without, while habitually lining there own pockets to the tune of untold BILLIONS F DOLLARS at our expense!

Every time they attack TRUMP, his "wall of support" which is made up of AMERICAN "DREAMERS" (as opposed to law breaking, illegal alien, "dreamer" theives) who want to "Make AMERICA Great Again" grows another 50 feet higher, 50 feet wider and 50 feet deeper!

Yes, every poll should be crammed that says anything negative about The Donald. He needs to be worshipped, not held accountable.

One of the cornerstones of Trump’s campaign has been that he would be tough on illegal immigration and would build a wall on our southern border. PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT TRUMP should have listened to what he said in Detroit, where he praised Sen. Marco Rubio for his flexibility in working with President Obama and Sen. Schumer to give 11 million illegal aliens amnesty – after Rubio had promised to oppose amnesty when he ran for the Senate in Florida. Trump reminds me more and more of Arnold Schwarzenegger, a political weasel who there ever was one.

While Cruz was fighting the amnesty in 2013, Trump was busy funding the campaigns — giving $50,000 — to 5 members of the Gang of Eight. WHAT A SAP AND A SUCKER. A traitor yesterday, a friend today.

Phony poll, I have seen polls that showed his negatives in the mid 40% range. No one that unpopular would win primary after primary so dominantly.

Trump hasn't received more than 25% of the total vote (including Democrats) anywhere, has he? That would be consistent with a 65% disapproval rating (combined with a loyal following from his low education fans).

All true Conservatives should rally around the Republican nominee.
I see a lack of discernment in some Cruz supporters.
No more debacles - folks staying home and not voting for Mitt and before that McCain.

Trump has demonstrated he can turn out the Regan democrats, young, black and hispanic.

But he has received a heck of a lot more than any other Republican candidate. He is winning dominantly, that flies in the face of your hypothetical polls.

The 65% was supposed to be among Republicans, now you want to switch it to general population...the bar just keeps moving. His negatives are going down, even with the massive onslaught of lies and distortions being thrown at him. That is a fact. This is just a primary and he has brought out historical levels of voters. When he is on TV he brings huge audiences, when he speaks live he draws huge crowds. You need to think critically when actually looking at data and facts. Trump has far exceeded the number of votes anyone else has gotten this primary year and is far far ahead of Romney during his primary. None of these undeniable facts match with what you are saying these hypothetical polls are saying. I prefer to believe reality.

There is no nominee yet. I think the primary needs to be a referendum on the issues and the candidates positions.

I see a lack of discernment in some Cruz supporters.

What do you base that on? I have the same perception about a lot of Trump supporters. Multiple times I've expressed concerns about Trump's statements that he intends to follow Obama's lead in the (ab)use of Executive Orders and they've been totally unaware of him having talked about it.

Me-I see a lack of discernment in some Cruz supporters.

You-What do you base that on? I have the same perception about a lot of Trump supporters.
Me-I started out as a Cruz supporter. I saw Donald as the rodeo clown, the one who would protect the others by taking abuse and ridicule from the MSM and progressives. Then, I have learned Trump is the only principled candidate. Trump will follow the law, and stand up for all Americans. Trump is the best leader left standing.
Cruz is a Canadian. Lots of freepers are in deep denial. They need to get past their grief and realized Ted cannot carry their torch. Ted is not eligible for President. Ted’s past is littered with decisions pointing to a lack of character.

You-Multiple times I’ve expressed concerns about Trump’s statements that he intends to follow Obama’s lead in the (ab)use of Executive Orders and they’ve been totally unaware of him having talked about it.
Me-I have closely followed this race. This is the first I’ve heard that Trump favors Executive orders. Trump should issue one Executive order>to erase ALL of 0bama’s Executive orders. Trump has repeatedly stated the need for the next President to NEGOTIATE with congress and the senate, something Cruz cannot do.

Please, do not bother sending me your links

Enjoy!!

Neil Bush, the son of President George H. W. Bush, who defrauded U.S. taxpayers out of $1.5 billion dollars in the savings and loan scam, and later peddled influence for the Chinese government, (who plied him with Chinese prostitutes) has formally endorsed Senator Ted Cruz for president. You can’t make this stuff up.

This endorsement says much. Since the other, more politically involved Bush men have a distinct dislike for Mr. Cruz, I suppose Neil Bush is better than no Bush. Let’s look at the wonderful memories that Neil Bush has left us with. First there is is that little banking charade he steered us into back in 1985.

Back in 1981, Neil Bush was director of Silverado Savings and Loan in Denver, Colorado. Neil was very generous, lending millions to pals Kenneth Good and William Walters. The $250 million in loans went into default, S.S. & L. went bankrupt and had to be seized by the Feds. Neil Bush walked away with a cool $100,000 personal loan which he never paid back. Documents released by the Office of Thrift Supervision detailed the conflict of interest charges against Neil. Federal regulators described him as “unqualified, and untrained” to be a director of a financial institution.

It seems Neil miscalculated just how much he knew about directing a mega financial institution like Silverado Savings and Loan. By the summer of 1990, the cost of bailing out the savings and loan industry would cost at least $500 billion! Neil’s Silverado adventure cost U.S. taxpayers $1.5 billion.

Neil actually got fraudulent loans they knew would fail, use the money to short the stock and crash the bank and collect millions according to CIA cut-out and Bush family associate Al Martin in his seminal work The Conspirators: The Secrets of an Iran-Contra Insider.

Oh, and let’s not forget his lies to the press immediately after John Hinckley Jr. allegedly shot Ronald Reagan. At first he and his wife admitted to knowing the Hinckley family, that they donated a lot of money to the Bush endeavors … yet the next day he recanted and claimed he actually didn’t know them, and wasn’t even sure if they donated any money! In fact John Hinckley Sr. give heavily to George Bush Sr., in 1964, 1966, 1970 and 1980 and Neil and his wife were scheduled to dine with John Hinckley Jr.’s older brother the very night Jr. allegedly shot Reagan.

This is the same Neil Bush who was sent Asian prostitutes by the Chinese conglomerate that was using Neil to peddle influence to the U.S. government for a multi-billion dollar Semi-conductor deal, according to his own deposition.

The Bush-Cruz connection is clear. Ted was George W.’s brain when he ran for president. A top policy adviser, Ted maneuvered for Solicitor General in Bush World but settled for a plum at the Federal Trade Commission. Ted’s a Bush man with deep ties to the political and financial establishment. Ted and wife Heidi brag about being the first “Bush marriage” – they met as Bush staffers. Cruz was an adviser on legal affairs while Heidi was an adviser on economic policy and eventually director for the Western Hemisphere on the National Security Council under Condoleezza Rice. Condi helped give us the phony war in Iraq. Heidi then went to the Bush U.S. Trade Representative as a top deputy to U.S. Trade Rep. Robert Zoellick, who wired Heidi’s membership in the Council on Foreign Relations and job at Goldman Sachs. The bailed-out bank then loaned Cruz $1 million secretly to finance his Senate race. Crux would also borrow an undisclosed $1 million loan from Citicorp.

Cruz has become quite adroit at saying one thing while his history shows him doing the other. Rather than the outsider he claims to be, Ted Cruz is the ultimate insider, former top Bush 41 policy aide and globalist, Ivy Leaguer, and establishment insider. There is no better example of this than Calgary Ted’s actions surrounding the big Wall Street banks and their secret funding of his political ascension. Oil and Gas Millions fund this guy Cruz has been gorging at the table of the ultimate insider of all insiders – Goldman Sachs and Citibank. His TPP support is the proof in the pudding.

Cruz and his establishment puppet masters are engaged in an aggressive strategy against Trump. The false narrative of course being that Cruz is the outsider while Trump is the insider. Nothing could be farther from the truth. In its most simplistic terms – the power elite have no leverage over Trump – nothing. Cruz, on the other hand, is the establishment’s quisling, spawned by the Bushes and controlled by Wall Street, who became a strident “outsider” only four years ago.
