The “extreme strain of Islam” are those Muslims who do not support the Islamic war with the West. These “extremists” are subject to also being murdered by true and dedicated Muslims.

A couple of truths that Cruz should learn...

There is no “extreme” strain of islam, there’s only islam.

Also...

“A radical Muslim wants to kill you; a moderate Muslim wants a radical Muslim to kill you.”

And...

“Moderate muslims are the tall grasses where the radicals hide.”

Oily Felito, Erdogan done told yew ahreddy, tawkin’ bowt ‘moderate islam’*:

“These descriptions are very ugly, it is offensive and an insult to our religion. There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that’s it.”

I suppose this puts oily Felito into the “religion of peace” camp.

*(Affected ‘ignernce’ to reassure oily Felito that this is a low information and unmotivated voter, identifying with the very nearly solid South that kicked his Dominionist-Constitutionalist backside up between his gracile, pallid shoulder blades.)

He keeps using the words “Radical” and “Extreme”. He still doesn’t get it like Trump - the problem is MUCH LARGER...probably bigger than Cruz can comprehend.

good for cruz! he’s finally jumped on the Trump anti-Muslim bandwagon with both feet, though I seriously doubt Cruz would would betaking such a hard-line stance if Trump hadn’t opened the doors months ago with his strong anti-illegal-immigration stance and strong anti-Muslim-immigration stance and taking on the subsequent enemedia full frontal banshee attacks with sword and shield.

I don’t see any massive protests by non-extreme strains of Muslims calling for peace.

Cruz: 'Extreme strain of Islam' must be defeated

Yeah he mis-read the line.

It was actually:

The extreme stain of Islam must be defeated

Yes, there is an extreme strain of islam, which is the main problem for the West, and which is quite distinct from the rest of islam.

It is the Wahabbi strain - the state religion of Saudi Arabia. That sect is the driving force behind al Queda, ISIS, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Boko Haram; our own US groups like CAIR, ISNA and the MSA; and the steady flow of new jihadis each month to whatever current battlefield.

It is quite distinct, and especially extreme. Although islam is fundamentally flawed because it is based on an obviously false prophet, who co-opted religion to serve his personal desires for power, wealth and sexual gratification; most interpretations of islam around the world and throughout its history, have been much less aggressive and extreme than this one.

The Wahabbis adhere to the Hanbali Fiqh (the smallest of the four major schools of thought on interpreting islam). The Hanbali Fiqh is extreme in its insistence on only literal reading of only three sources (quran, hadith, sirat). No interpretation or moral judgement of any type is permissible, under the assertion that human minds are flawed, but these documents are divinely inspired (the quran being reputedly divinely flawless).

The other main extreme element of Wahabism, is the strict (mindless) application of the rule that whatever comes later in these scriptures, supersedes whatever comes earlier (which is how they resolve the many internal conflicts which exist in their “flawless” sources).

Early in Muhammad’s career he had many conciliatory things to say, but after he had consolidated military and political power, he became increasingly brutal and intolerant. The extreme Wahabbi interpretation rule of pre-emption filters out any potential balance, leaving only the final megalomaniacal imperative to conquer the world.

Like other main schools of Fiqh, the Hanbali (Wahabbi) hold up Muhammad as the best example of a human. In that respect, all of islam is fundamentally flawed across the board by the horrible character of Muhammad.

But the Wahabbi interpretation, backed by Saudi and Gulf Arab oil money, is what has driven the development of the modern Sunni extremists who are attacking and subverting the West. It is changing the face of traditional local forms all over the world, by training the Imams, building new mosques and printing the textbooks. In the West, about 90% of the new mosques and madrassas are funded by Wahabbis, and there are effectively no pre-existing strains of islam to compete with.

The government of Iran also sponsors terrorists as instruments of their power (e.g. Hizballah), but it is their government policy, more than their ideology (strain of islam) which drives them. The Iranian Twelver Shi’ite sect is fundamentally focused on fighting Sunnis, with world conquest following almost magically after that, through the power of their prophesied messiah, the Imam Madhi.

Wahabbi ideology is inherently violent, intolerant and expansionist. That extreme strain of islam is the center of gravity in the fight against the modern islamist terrorist threat, and the islamist subversive threat targeted against the West.

Know your enemy.

This beast must be shot in the heart, and the heart of the modern islamist threat is the extreme strain of islam known as Wahabbism (Salafism, Takfiris, etc.)

Wahabbism should be outlawed as hate speech, incitement to violence, and treason against our constitution. Mosques should be monitored (like they do in islamic countries), and those preaching Wahabism should be imprisoned, stripped of citizenship and expelled. RICO prosecutions should be used to conficate their properties and funds.

The Governments who resource Wahabism (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) should be forced to cut them off and reform their extreme interpretations, or have their regimes brought down.
